If you are passionate about **risk management** and wish to lead strategies that protect the future of a solid company, this is your opportunity. **Position:** Risk Manager **Job Description:** Responsible for supporting the Director of Risk in the effective implementation of risk management strategies and policies—primarily financial—to ensure the institution can appropriately identify, assess, and manage its risks in compliance with applicable regulations. **Responsibilities:** * Identify, measure, monitor, and report the company's financial risks (Liquidity, Operational, Market, Legal, Technological) that may negatively impact corporate objectives. * Develop methodology/tools to assess Market Risk. * Design projections and stress scenarios to evaluate Liquidity Risk. * Design a prototype for automation to assess Liquidity Risk. * Develop methodology/tools to assess Market Risk. * Monitor that the organization’s financial risks remain up-to-date regarding compliance with applicable regulations. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, or Finance. * Experience in the financial sector within risk management. * Proficiency in data analysis. * Three years of experience in microfinance. * Leadership and effective communication skills. **Benefits:** * Savings fund * Company parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Discounted cafeteria service * Grocery vouchers * Salary increases * Free uniforms Apply directly through this posting by submitting your CV to join this great team.
