Opportunity for career development within the group **Position:** After-sales Manager **Location:** AUDI Tuxtla **Job Objective:** Organize and optimize the after-sales department operations, ensuring service quality, customer satisfaction, and achievement of workshop performance indicators. **Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electronics, Electromechanical, Administration, or related fields * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles within the automotive industry * Knowledge of workshop operations and after-sales processes * Proficiency in performance metrics (productivity, efficiency, quality) **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise overall service workshop operations * Ensure proper execution of maintenance and repair processes * Lead technical teams to meet deadlines and quality standards * Manage follow-up on diagnostics, estimates, and vehicle deliveries * Implement strategies to improve customer retention * Manage warranty processes according to brand guidelines * Monitor key performance indicators and propose improvements * Address and resolve special customer cases * Identify opportunities for additional sales (services and parts) **Skills:** * Customer service orientation * Team leadership and coordination * Decision-making and problem-solving * Process organization and tracking * Effective communication **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM – 7:30 PM * Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM **We Offer:** * Base salary: $25,000 MXN per month (gross) * Additional commission scheme (based on performance) * Statutory benefits * Opportunity for career development within the group Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: Starting from $25,000.00 MXN per month Benefits: * Life insurance Work Location: On-site employment
