Academic management and student follow-up **Vacancy: Academic Nursing Coordinator** **Objective:** Ensure the planning, operation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing academic processes, guaranteeing comprehensive, relevant, and high-quality education aligned with the institutional educational model and current regulations. **Required Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (degree and professional license mandatory) * Postgraduate degree in Education or related field preferred * Experience in higher education teaching and academic management (minimum 2 years) * Clinical experience and/or supervision of clinical practice * Knowledge of health sector regulations and collaboration with medical institutions * Age: 30 years and older * Availability: Full-time **Main Responsibilities:** **Plan, coordinate, and monitor the academic cycle** * Supervise academic progress and course advancement * Manage faculty assignment and coverage * Address academic incidents and provide student follow-up * Coordinate evaluation, remediation, and academic closure processes * Analyze indicators and generate executive reports * Propose actions for continuous improvement * Ensure proper academic operations on institutional platforms * Student follow-up **Key Competencies:** Leadership, organization, effective communication, collaborative work, and proficiency with digital tools (Google, educational platforms) **Benefits:** \-Statutory benefits \-Base salary: $15,000 MXN per month Job type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 MXN per month Work location: On-site employment
