Opportunities for career growth and professional development We are seeking personnel for the position of **Beverage and Snack Channel Manager** in Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Chiapas. **Job Requirements** * Minimum education: High School Diploma. * Experience in retail sales of snacks, beverages, etc. * Advanced ability to operate motorcycles and cars with valid licenses. * Advanced knowledge of customer prospecting and cold calling. * Advanced proficiency in managing KPI indicators. * Experience supervising sales staff. **Job Responsibilities** * Develop sales strategies for the Beverage and Snack channel (route coverage). * Coordinate and supervise the sales team to achieve established objectives. * Monitor performance indicators and propose improvements to the sales process. * Establish business relationships with key clients and negotiate distribution agreements. * Prepare periodic sales reports and present them to company management. **Compensation and Additional Benefits** * Monthly salary starting at $12,500.00 NET, weekly payments + bonuses and commissions (uncapped) + statutory benefits. * Permanent full-time employment. * Opportunities for career growth and professional development. * Continuous training in sales and leadership. * Statutory benefits and performance-based bonuses. **Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM (variable shifts and lunch breaks)** **Work Location: Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Chiapas.** Salary: $12,000.00 – $15,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
