As part of our growth, we are currently hiring for the following position: VIP IT Support Analyst **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. **Location:** San Nicolás de los Garza, N.L. 6-month assignment to cover maternity leave (possibility of extension). **Requirements:** Minimum 3 years of experience. Intermediate English, both spoken and written Knowledge of Windows and Office, latest and previous versions in both cases PC preparation using standard images via SCCM or Azure AD Windows backup and restoration Basic knowledge of WAN and LAN networks (Firewalls, DHCP, DNS, Gateway, etc.) Knowledge of smartphone technologies, including Android and iOS systems **Videoconferencing application proficiency:** Teams (desktop, mobile, room), Zoom, etc. Knowledge of internet access via Proxy **Basic administration knowledge of:** o Users, Groups, and Devices in Active Directory and Azure AD domains o Smartphones (XDM or Intune) Responsibilities Provide technical support primarily to executive and managerial users in corporate settings. IT inventory management. Preventive and corrective maintenance of Windows and MAC computing equipment. Incident tracking using ticketing tools. Team-oriented and collaborative; commitment to follow up on assigned tasks.
