**Job Description** ------------------------- J\&T Express, a leading Logistics and Parcel company, is seeking an OPERATIONS NETWORK MANAGEMENT SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES: * Extract data from the system * Generate files and emails to instruct franchises / operations to dispatch packages or apply the appropriate handling * Supervise that packages for which data has already been provided are dispatched * Track correct evidence in incidents to enable returns generation * Handle Work Orders * Monitor correct deliveries * Require proof of correct delivery to reduce penalties for false deliveries * Submit proof of correct delivery to justify requests for penalty removal * Send reports of Work Orders that were not delivered correctly for corresponding billing * Daily closing reports * Coordinate with operations regarding waybills without movement to ensure delivery / return * Generate return acknowledgments * Track return waybills until they leave our region * Supervise operations / franchises to ensure packages are returned * Generate reports to verify which waybills remain undelivered / unreturned and proactively prevent potential non-delivery penalties * Address requests from other regions regarding undelivered waybills and ask operations whether such waybills are in their possession to manage delivery / return * Review backlog reports to identify unreported waybills and schedule route dispatches / deliveries * Generate reports and submit them to leaders / management * Conduct periodic visits to various franchises for auditing and process follow-up REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum three years’ experience as a supervisor in logistics operations, SPECIFICALLY IN PARCEL DELIVERY * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel proficiency * ERP system experience * Flexible working hours * Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree in Logistics or related field WE OFFER: * Base salary: $18,000 monthly gross, paid biweekly * Statutory benefits * Grocery vouchers: $1,800 * KPI bonus starting at $3,000 monthly Work location: Santa Ana Tlapaltitlan, Toluca
