In Coca\-Cola Tapachula, we are hiring a Substitute Driver for the distribution area. **Responsibilities:** * Verify the vehicle and its cargo to prevent accidents, shortages, and/or customer dissatisfaction. * Check the truck’s condition (brakes, fuel level, etc.), ensure the truck is clean, count the products (cross-check against the provided list), and verify that none are dirty, open, or damaged. * Follow up on orders from both digital and non-digital customers; maintain consistent visits while demonstrating a friendly, diligent, and proactive attitude to earn customer preference. * Accurately take orders, maintain a professional appearance, treat customers with respect, courtesy, and empathy, provide assistance with any information they may need, and help arrange the products. * Visit assigned routes to introduce products and promotions, as well as other brand offerings, with the aim of acquiring new customers. * Conduct door-to-door sales, attend to customers, resolve inquiries, and load/unload products.
