Achieve the yields and resource efficiency assigned to your zone, in accordance with the unit’s objectives.** **3. Meet the operational budget assigned to your zone. Implement identified improvements to enhance profitability.** **4. Comply with and monitor the systematic implementation of processes, safety plans, and ergonomics plans under all operating conditions, facilities, and cultivation activities, to fulfill the commitments established for the zone under your responsibility, regulatory requirements, as well as the company’s purposes and objectives.** **5. Manage the plans and actions for your zone as defined by the business unit manager, to achieve the company’s established objectives and purposes, as well as environmental regulations.** **6. Manage and develop personnel under your supervision to foster a workplace culture and environment that enables staff to perform effectively in achieving the zone’s objectives and complying with labor regulations and the company’s philosophy.**
