Job Summary: We are seeking an Operations Supervisor to plan, organize and distribute the production process, supervise quality and develop staff. Key Responsibilities: 1. We are experiencing continuous growth and therefore seeking Talent. **Operations Supervisor** Requirements: * Textile Engineering (completed or incomplete) * Minimum 5 years’ experience as Production Supervisor in a manufacturing company * Knowledge of machinery, fabrics, cleaning products, stain removal and application techniques on different fabrics is desirable. * Excel proficiency * Experience managing unionized staff. Main Responsibilities: * Shift administration. * Responsible for planning, organizing and distributing the production process. * Inventory management. * Ensuring garment quality compliance. * Supervising and ensuring compliance regarding quantity, assortment, contaminated items and returns. * Compliance with improvement systems (Quality, Environmental, Safety within area of responsibility) * Developing staff under supervision and enhancing their productivity. * Managing incidents involving staff under supervision. * Monitoring production KPIs. Work Location: Anáhuac II Sección neighborhood (10 minutes from Colegio Militar metro station).
