




Job Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Analyst to manage payroll incidents, employee onboarding and offboarding, vacation tracking, payroll calculation, severance payments, and employee support. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in payroll processing for more than 300 employees 2. Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law, IMSS, and Infonavit 3. Service-oriented attitude, proactivity, and responsibility Payroll Analyst **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. **Main Responsibilities:** Consolidate payroll incidents for payroll processing Verify time clock records Process employee onboarding and offboarding Manage vacation tracking Assign bank accounts Assign food voucher cards Calculate payroll and severance payments Review movements in SUA Provide employee support **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role; preferably having managed payroll for over 300 employees. * Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law, IMSS Law, Infonavit, and proficiency in SUA/IDSE systems. * Strong verbal communication skills, negotiation ability, and courteous interpersonal manner. **Skills:** Service-oriented attitude, proactivity, responsibility, and strong verbal communication skills. **Schedule:** 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Saturdays as required **We Offer:** * Base salary of $18,000 + $800 monthly food vouchers * Direct employment with the company and statutory benefits **Work Location:** Av.
