Likewise, ensure that the documentation for received materials meets the required documentary support and tax requirements, so that it complies with internal requirements, customer requirements, corporate standards, and IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 norms. **Job Responsibilities and Obligations** ---------------------------------------------- Develop with management personnel the manufacturing strategy for housings within the integration of final products for customers. Monitor the receipt and verification of supporting documentation (invoice, delivery note, customs document, purchase order, safety data sheet for chemicals) covering nationally sourced and imported materials purchased from suppliers, ensuring compliance with tax requirements and established controls to maintain complete documentation for audits and clarifications. Ensure timely supply of materials to the production line according to production plans and material requirements, in order to eliminate downtime and excess product costs. Monitor the timely recording in the Oracle system of material receipts, including their proper accounting entries to accounts payable and inventory, to keep the Oracle system updated and ensure timely supplier payments. Authorize corrections in the Oracle system for discrepancies reported by the Materials Handling Warehouse, verifying and validating changes to initially recorded entries, to ensure the Oracle system remains up to date.
