We are looking for someone proactive, organized, and with strong communication skills. **Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support to internal users and equipment. * Administer and maintain systems, software, and technological equipment. * Diagnose and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and networks. * Perform backups and maintain information security. * Document processes and activities related to the systems area. * Collaborate with the team and report incidents promptly. **Requirements:** * Experience in technical support. * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. * Ability to organize work, prioritize tasks, and solve problems. **We Offer:** * Salary: **$15,000 gross monthly**. * Benefits as stipulated by law. **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Position Type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract Work Location: On-site employment
