




Job Summary: We are seeking an organized individual with effective communication skills to support IT service delivery by monitoring, assigning, and tracking service tickets. Key Responsibilities: 1. IT service ticket monitoring and management 2. Coordination and follow-up with field engineers 3. Support in project scheduling and incident management We are a company dedicated to delivering Information Technology (IT) services and are looking to add to our team an individual with strong organizational skills, effective communication, and an operational follow-up focus to ensure proper delivery of our services. **Main Responsibilities** Continuously monitor the ticketing tool, downloading new service requests and maintaining control over them. Assign service requests to field engineers based on response times, resolution timelines, and coverage areas. Directly follow up with field engineers, validating progress, documenting on-site situations, and requesting evidence for ticket closure. Support project scheduling by utilizing available time slots between ticket assignments. Track package deliveries to ensure materials arrive on time for ticket and project execution. Support incident management related to payroll and field staff travel expense verification. **Required Profile** Technical degree or incomplete/completed bachelor’s degree (preferably in administrative, IT, or related fields). Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Clear communication and professional demeanor. Basic proficiency with digital tools (email, Excel, ticketing systems). Prior experience in operational support, help desk, or coordination is desirable. **Work Schedule** Monday to Friday: 08:30–18:30 Saturday on-call shifts (remote): 08:30–14:00 **Compensation and Benefits** Gross monthly salary: $12,000 Bi-weekly payment via BBVA Full statutory benefits Year-end bonus: 15 days Vacation: 12 days starting from the first year Vacation premium: 25% 100% IMSS coverage Monthly food vouchers: $1,300 per month Meal allowance: $600 per month Work tools: Smartphone with plan and laptop Work location: Puebla, near Plaza del Sol Position type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
