The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and managing the daily operations of our platform, ensuring a high level of service and timely resolution of technical issues. Your role will involve constant system monitoring, identification of potential issues, and implementation of rapid solutions to maintain optimal performance. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers during technical incidents, ensuring effective and solution-oriented communication. Additionally, you must maintain detailed records of all incidents and implemented solutions to ensure continuous improvement of our services. Previous experience in similar roles is required, with a strong focus on problem-solving and customer service. Furthermore, advanced knowledge of computer systems and monitoring tools is essential for this position, along with a minimum of 1 year of administrative experience, document management experience, or operational area experience (warehouse/logistics), and proficiency in OFFICE software—primarily basic and intermediate Excel.
