We are looking for: **Content Manager** **Job Objective** To design, produce, and manage highly aesthetic and strategic visual and audiovisual content to strengthen the digital positioning of one or multiple brands. The role is responsible for executing the annual digital marketing plan, managing social media accounts, optimizing organic and paid digital campaigns, and evaluating the impact of implemented strategies to contribute to achieving business objectives. **Key Responsibilities:** * Design, production, and editing of visual and audiovisual content for social media, commercial campaigns, websites, and e-commerce. * Comprehensive social media management (planning, content calendars, scheduling, and monitoring). * Planning and execution of organic and paid digital campaigns. * Administration and optimization of digital tools such as Google My Business, SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics. * Outreach and negotiation with content creators and influencers in the medical and aesthetic dermatology sectors. * Oversight and updating of website and e-commerce platforms. * Analysis and measurement of digital campaign performance and advertising investment ROI. * Management of digital ecosystems: websites, social media, blogs, email marketing, and influencer marketing. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, or related field. * 2–3 years of experience in: * Graphic design and video production. * Social media management and digital content creation. * Implementation of organic and paid digital campaigns. * Collaboration with content creators and influencers. * Content creation for social media, e-commerce, and email marketing. * Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere). * Knowledge of: * Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, and Google My Business. * Excel (basic) and PowerPoint or Canva (intermediate). * Basic UX/UI principles and e-commerce structure. * Experience in filming and producing videos for social media. * Proven experience managing digital ecosystems. **We Offer:** * Base monthly salary of $18,000. * Statutory benefits. * Direct employment with the company. * Professional development and growth plan. * Subsidized cafeteria service. * Discounts on products, services, and affiliated companies.
