We are looking for: Collection Dispatch Manager MAZATLÁN Job Requirements: * University degree holder or currently completing degree. * Bachelor’s degree in Law or Administrative Studies (completed). * Valid Type A driver’s license. * Availability to work on weekends. * Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel. * Willingness to travel and work in field operations. * Ability to drive a standard vehicle. Job Responsibilities: * Management of external collection dispatches, monitoring of delinquent accounts, and recovery. * Proficiency in collection management tools. * Support in training the legal collections team. * Performance evaluation and feedback to external collection dispatches. * Preparation of reports and performance indicators. * Recovery of merchandise.
