




**Schedule:** Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., and Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. **Responsibilities:** Customer service and support, processing individual loan applications (completing loan application forms, tracking application progress), marketing (attracting customers through social media, posting content, referrals, etc.), customer portfolio follow-up and telephone collections. **Requirements:** * + Minimum age: 18 years or older + Gender: Unrestricted + Completed high school education (preferred) + Experience in customer service and support + Results-oriented + Strong verbal communication skills **We offer:** * + Initial base salary of $9451.20 gross monthly (paid biweekly) + Weekly bonus of $300.00 MXN + Excellent commission scheme based on loan placements and goal achievement (details provided during interview). + IMSS coverage (100% contribution from day one). + Statutory benefits (year-end bonus, vacation time, vacation premium, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT). + Additional benefits (life insurance, profit sharing, and employee loans at preferential interest rates). + Complimentary uniform + Ongoing training
