Job Profile: Corporate Attorney / Litigator We seek a legal professional with strong analytical ability, unshakable ethics, and negotiation skills to ensure the organization’s legal compliance and safeguard its legal interests across all operations. Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Law (Professional License is mandatory). Experience: Minimum [2–4] years in [commercial / civil / corporate] law. Technical Knowledge: Up-to-date expertise in the [Securities and Credit Operations Act / etc.]. Management of procedures before notaries and government agencies. Drafting and reviewing complex contracts. Competencies: Excellent legal writing, strategic thinking, conflict resolution, and attention to detail. Main Responsibilities Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with suppliers and clients. Legal Advisory: Provide preventive legal consultation to various departments of the company to mitigate risks. Legal Representation: Represent the company in lawsuits, hearings, or administrative proceedings before competent authorities. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the company complies with applicable local, state, and federal regulations. Filing and Control: Maintain up-to-date records of shareholders’ meeting minutes, powers of attorney, and corporate books. We Offer Competitive base salary of $10,000 to $11,000 per month.
