We operate 85 sales points, 7 distribution centers, and 11 industrial sales units. We are currently seeking new talent — join our team as: **STORE MANAGER** **Job Objective:** Responsible for organizing and controlling operations at the assigned branch to increase customer count, achieve sales and profitability targets, and deliver excellent service—through effective process management—and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. **Main Responsibilities:** · Administer and supervise store and warehouse staff activities to meet sales and profit budgets. · Ensure follow-up on quotations prepared by sales staff. · Supervise customer portfolio follow-up. · Supervise cash handling procedures to ensure compliance with policies and procedures. · Coordinate product delivery to customers. * Validate implementation of promotions and loyalty programs. · Responsible for safeguarding the inventory of the assigned branch. · Comply with monthly and annual inventory plans. · Responsible for implementing the store’s planogram. **Requirements:** · Completed bachelor’s degree in business administration or related fields. · Minimum 4 years’ experience managing retail sales businesses (preferably in commercial steel, construction materials, hardware, or retail/industrial sector companies). · Proficiency in KPI management. · Experience in administrative and commercial functions. · Experience supervising personnel. · Results-oriented work approach. · Interest in sales. **Competencies:** · Negotiation and objection handling. · Analytical ability (commercial indicators). · Service-oriented attitude. · Conflict resolution. · Time management. · Leadership. · Communication skills across all organizational levels. **We Offer:** · Base salary + Guaranteed Bonus (subsequently transitioning to base salary plus commission and bonus scheme). · Statutory benefits: vacation (vacation premium), year-end bonus, IMSS, Infonavit, Fonacot, etc. · 100% IMSS contribution. · Profit-sharing. · Benefits exceeding statutory requirements: Life insurance Funeral expenses coverage Savings fund: 9% employer-matched 1:1 · Job stability. · Growth opportunities. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM; Sundays off. **Work Location:** Huixtla, Chiapas.
