Analytical and proactive position with a service-oriented attitude **Position Objective:** Ensure the company's internal controls, processes, and policies to prevent and detect fraud and/or improper use of company assets through audits of business units. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration or Accounting (completed) * Minimum 1 year of experience as an Operational, Process, or Inventory Auditor * Flexible schedule and willingness to travel * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Gmail, G Suite \| Excel and Word * Strong service orientation, analytical mindset, and proactive attitude **Operational and Administrative Responsibilities** * Inventory management at branches and warehouses * Physical, cyclical, and annual inventory counts * Cash reconciliations, handling of valuables, and petty cash management * Risk and fraud identification and prevention * Warehouse shipment verification * Shortage determination * Report preparation * Process auditing * Physical count of merchandise * Tracing and analysis of discrepancies * Responsible, analytical, and urgency-aware **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 8 AM to 7 PM (2 PM to 4 PM lunch break) Saturday: 9 AM to 12 PM; Sunday off.
