Location Near La Paz metro station Schedule Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 hrs; Saturday, 9:00–13:00 hrs (with availability for shift rotation if required) We Offer · Statutory benefits · Competitive salary of $14,000 to $17,000 per month, commensurate with experience Key Responsibilities 1. Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance on plant machinery, equipment, and facilities 2. Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic failures in production equipment 3. Supervise the operation and maintenance of pumps, mills, compressors, blowers, motors, and electrical panels 4. Ensure proper operation of the plant’s electrical substation and power distribution system 5. Coordinate repair, fabrication, and adjustment work in the workshop (welding, lathe, modifications) 6. Manage spare parts, tools, and materials required for maintenance 7. Supervise maintenance personnel and assign work orders 8. Ensure all maintenance activities comply with industrial safety standards Required Profile · Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field · Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position · Personnel management experience · Organizational skills, confidentiality, and service-oriented attitude Technical Knowledge: 1. Industrial mechanics applied to pumps, motors, gearboxes, bearings, and mechanical seals 2. Industrial electricity: three-phase motors, electrical panels, contactors, thermal relays, and interpretation of electrical diagrams 3. Operation and maintenance of industrial mills (pearl mills, NETZSCH mills, hammer mills, classifiers) 4. Maintenance of compressors, blowers, and compressed air systems 5. Knowledge of electrical substations and plant power distribution 6. Familiarity with process equipment such as reaction towers, agitators, and production lines 7. Knowledge of welding, lathe operation, and fabrication of replacement parts for equipment repair 8. Implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance, and spare parts inventory control Salary: $14,000.00 – $17,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
