Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to supervise and coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities, managing resources and personnel. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and supervision of maintenance programs 2. Management of personnel and material resources 3. Preparation of reports and compliance assurance with regulations Job Profile: * Education: Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related degree. * Availability to work Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm and Saturdays from 8:30 am to 11:30 am. * Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position. Job Responsibilities: * Develop the daily activity schedule (predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance) for assignment to staff and supervise its execution. * Advise maintenance personnel on job execution, verifying compliance with company policies. * Manage material resources by authorizing daily warehouse material withdrawals. * Monitor time utilization during maintenance activities to ensure efficiency and completion within the shortest possible timeframe. * Timely request non-stock spare parts required to meet maintenance schedules, and follow up with the Purchasing Department for procurement. * Prepare, jointly with the Maintenance Manager and with required advance notice, the activity schedule for scheduled maintenance shutdowns, ensuring that all necessary spare parts, equipment, service providers, etc., are available on the shutdown date and that the shutdown is executed timely and correctly. * Ensure maintenance personnel have the required PPE to perform their duties in accordance with safety standards; submit corresponding PPE requests in the system when necessary. * Prepare daily incident, pending items, and maintenance progress reports. * Conduct weekly BPF inspections of personnel under supervision to immediately correct any deviations and submit reports to immediate supervisor and Sanitation. * Manage personnel under supervision (task assignment, shift roles, payroll incidents, leave requests, benefits and entitlements, disciplinary actions, etc.) We Offer: * Monthly salary of $26,800 before taxes. * Statutory benefits (Social Security, vacation days and vacation bonus as mandated by law, and year-end bonus: 15 days for first year of seniority and 30 days for second year). * Life insurance * Savings fund: 3.5% * Cafeteria subsidy * Transportation * Grocery vouchers: 5% * Savings box * Major medical expense insurance * Monthly productivity bonus: 25% * Bi-weekly product: 1 oil and 2 bar soaps * Uniforms
