Resolve incidents and implement corrective actions **Company:** Equilibrio Total – Physical Rehabilitation **Location:** Nezahualcóyotl **Schedule:** Monday to Sunday, 9 am to 6 pm, with **1 rotating weekday break** **Salary:** **$18,000 gross** Position Objective Ensure the branch’s daily operations, lead the team, and achieve commercial and service goals, guaranteeing an excellent patient experience and process compliance. Main Responsibilities * Oversee the branch’s overall operations (opening/closing, order, service, scheduling). * Lead and coordinate the team (reception, sales, specialists, and support staff). * Achieve **appointment, closing, and billing targets**; monitor KPIs. * Supervise the **staff/scheduling system**: confirmations, specialist assignments, consultation times, and patient flow. * Ensure protocols, service quality, and branch image. * Administrative control: cash reconciliations, cash handling, incident management, daily/weekly reporting. * Resolve incidents involving patients and staff; implement corrective actions. * Train staff, supervise performance, and maintain operational discipline. Essential Requirements * **Completed and certified bachelor’s degree (mandatory).** * **Minimum 2 years’ experience** as a manager/supervisor in **healthcare** (clinics, private practices, rehabilitation, medical aesthetics, hospitals/medical services) or similar fields. * Experience in **team management**, operations, and goal attainment. * Basic/intermediate Excel skills and reporting capabilities. * Leadership, organization, communication, results orientation, and problem-solving skills.
