The position aims to ensure **quality, food safety, traceability, and operational efficiency** at every stage of post-harvest handling, guaranteeing compliance with internal standards and applicable national and international regulations. The **Receiving Manager** will lead operational staff across finished product, warehouse, and refrigeration system areas, ensuring optimal levels of productivity, service, and operational control. **Key Responsibilities** * Fruit receiving management * Inventory control and administration * Supervision of pre-cooling and storage * Logistics coordination for dispatches * Regulatory compliance and quality standards adherence * Team management and development * Monitoring of KPIs * Contingency planning * Reporting to Operations Manager **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in **Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Agronomy, or related field**. * Minimum **3 years of supervisory or operational management experience** in handling **fresh fruit or perishable goods**, preferably **berries**. * Knowledge of **inventory control, traceability, food safety, and refrigeration systems or cold rooms**. * Proficiency in **intermediate-to-advanced Excel and ERP (preferred)**. * Leadership, planning, and effective communication skills. * **Availability to work 100% on-site in Los Reyes, Michoacán** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $16,000.00 – $19,000.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Complimentary uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
