




Job Summary: Manage, coordinate, supervise, and optimize Quality Control processes to ensure compliance with internal and customer standards. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive supervision of operational processes and product quality OBJECTIVE: To manage, coordinate, supervise, and optimize Quality Control processes across all areas and for personnel under supervision, thereby ensuring compliance with both internal and customer standards. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Quality Manager reports to the Food Safety Management System Coordinator * Promote and ensure training for personnel under supervision as well as operations personnel. * Verify that personnel under supervision and operations personnel acquire and possess knowledge regarding: GMPs, HACCP, and ISO 22000. * Ensure establishment, implementation, maintenance, and updating of applicable organizational standards (NOM, NOM MX, ISO) among personnel under supervision and operations personnel. * Participate in supervision of operational processes and changes potentially affecting already-produced products: changes in raw materials/ingredients, materials, processes and equipment, facilities, machinery, packaging and distribution systems, legal requirements, customer complaints, or any condition potentially affecting product quality and safety. * Support application of legal regulations concerning the company’s corn-based products. * Verify and supervise incoming raw materials and materials used in product manufacturing; supplier approval must be reviewed accordingly. * Coordinate storage, preservation, and various stages of the supply chain within the operational area, including equipment maintenance processes. * Responsible for timely and accurate entry into the integrated Don Pon system (SIDP) of data necessary for proper execution of Quality Control processes and quality standards, such as: % yield loss, % rework, and standardization targets in the process: formulation and measurements (weight, moisture, temperature, and quantities). * Identify and detect issues related to processes, products in general, and customers, and accordingly ensure preventive and corrective actions to eliminate recurrence. * Supervise physical-chemical and microbiological analyses (if applicable) to ensure compliance with quality standards. * Monitor suppliers and manage technical specifications, both for in-house products and for raw materials, materials, and other inputs involved in internal production or operational processes. * Design flow diagrams for each food manufacturing process to optimize and improve productivity where possible. * Develop environmental management plans or programs and waste reduction initiatives to establish the company’s foundation in combating climate change. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Demonstrable experience as a Quality Control Manager or similar position for 5 years or more, with knowledge of quality control methodologies and established standards. * Ability to communicate key concepts and definitions such as Food Safety Policy, * Food Safety, Quality Control, Corrective Actions, Preventive Actions, * Traceability, and Market Withdrawal, and those applicable to our market as a company. * Proficiency and understanding of data analysis and statistical methods. * Good knowledge of MS Office and databases. * Communication skills. * Results-oriented approach. * Organizational and leadership skills. * Corporate commitment Age: 35–50 years old \- Must reside near the job location \- Gender: Unrestricted \- Rotating shift schedule.
