We seek a passionate **\*Sales and Operations Manager\*** eager to join our journey. **\*Requirements:\*** * **\- Education:** Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. * **\- Location:** Must reside within a 1-hour commute from La Magdalena Contreras. **\*Required Experience:\*** * \- Route and sales fleet management. **(MANDATORY)** * \- Analysis of sales KPIs. * \- 80% field-based work. * \- Market development. * \- Knowledge of the Metropolitan Area and CDMX. * \- Familiarity with distribution and routing systems. **\*What You’ll Do:\*** * \- Drive sales growth and market development. * \- Train our sales team and conduct sales clinics. * \- Restructure routes and portfolio distribution. * \- Monitor KPIs and ensure customer service quality. **Working Conditions:** * Base weekly salary * Bonuses for achieving monthly targets * Statutory and above-statutory benefits * More rest days than legally mandated * Birthday day \+ gift (movie tickets, electronic device, cash) * School supplies support * Savings fund ***\*Plus!\**** **\*Schedule\*:** Monday to Saturday, full-time.
