Focus on guest satisfaction and operational safety Maintain the property's infrastructure in optimal condition through best practices in operation and maintenance of critical systems, equipment, and facilities to increase guest satisfaction scores, room availability, reliability, operational efficiency, equipment and facility lifespan, as well as safety and sustainability performance in hotel operations, ensuring functionality and comfort in accordance with the brand promise. Responsible for the proper functioning of hotel equipment, preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities, personnel management, and vendor follow-up. Maintain hotel facilities, guest rooms, and equipment in optimal working condition.
