Promote professional growth and organizational culture **A prominent company in the Graphic Arts industry, engaged in label manufacturing and located in Zapopan, Jalisco, is seeking your talent as: Human Resources Manager.** **Objective:** * Responsible for leading human capital management functions within the organization; develops and implements HR strategies and policies that support achievement of the company’s objectives and culture. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Human Resources, or related field (degree holder) OR postgraduate degree. * Minimum three years of experience in the position, preferably in manufacturing. * Knowledge of: Labor Relations, Personnel Management, Federal Labor Law (LFT), NOM-035, Intermediate Excel, Recruitment and Selection, Organization and Training, Organizational Culture. * Skills: Communication, negotiation, and problem-solving. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure staffing coverage by attracting talent and implementing measures to reduce employee turnover. * Supervise staff training and development to foster professional growth and enhance skills and competencies. * Responsible for designing the performance evaluation system, professional development, and continuous feedback processes. * Administer competitive compensation and benefits programs. * Manage labor relations and collaborate with employees to resolve disputes and promote a harmonious work environment. * Key Performance Indicators: Talent Retention, Turnover Rate, Recruitment Process Efficiency, Training Index. **Benefits:** * Salary based on experience: $35,000 to $40,000 monthly gross. * Grocery vouchers. * Savings fund. * Statutory benefits.
