Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Traffic Supervisor in logistics and transportation, responsible for supporting operational and administrative activities, managing vehicles, controlling layovers, and managing diesel to ensure travel efficiency. Interacts with customers and handles conflicts TRACUSA LA RUTA DEL SOL **Hiring: Traffic Supervisor** Education: Technical degree, Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation Engineering, or related field. **Availability to work rotating shifts.** Responsibilities: * Support routine operational and administrative activities to expedite documentation and trip execution. * Vehicle management. * Layover control. * Trip evidence control. * Preparation of daily and weekly reports. * Use of tracking systems and familiarity with GPS platforms. * Coordination with freight operators. * Diesel calculation and control. * Trip documentation. * Customer interaction. * Minimum 3 years of experience in the transportation sector. **Knowledge and/or Skills:** * Analytical ability, conflict management, sense of urgency. * Proficiency in Excel. * SAP system.
