Minimum 3 years of experience in managerial positions, preferably outside the automotive industry. Knowledge of sales strategies. Knowledge of historical sales analysis. Experience managing KPIs. Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably, and digital media. Experience leading high-performance teams. Initiative and decision-making ability. **Responsibilities:** Setting goals and objectives. Managing individual and group sales. Creating innovative business strategies to drive sector growth. Building a sales team capable of meeting established goals on time and effectively. Increasing customer loyalty through best practices in customer service. Achieving sales targets and communicating them to the rest of the sales team. Monitoring business operations. Measuring and evaluating sales executives’ performance.
