We seek a candidate with operational management skills who can coordinate technical teams and ensure orderly workflow in the workshop. Experience or training in the following areas will be valued: automotive service processes, workshop administration, automotive diagnostics, and customer service in the automotive sector. Prior experience in automotive environments with high-quality standards and demanding customer service requirements will also be valued. It is not required that the candidate work directly as a technician, but they must understand the workshop's technical processes.
