Ongoing training and teamwork. **VEHICLE PREPARER** **Company:** Nissan Palenque **Department:** Service / Vehicle Delivery **Position:** Vehicle Preparer **Reports to:** Workshop Supervisor / Service Manager **Direct Reports:** Not applicable **JOB OBJECTIVE** Ensure that new and/or used vehicles are in optimal aesthetic, basic mechanical, and cleanliness condition prior to customer delivery, meeting the quality standards established by the brand and the company. **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Perform interior and exterior cleaning of vehicles (washing, vacuuming, detailing). * Verify general vehicle condition prior to delivery. * Install basic accessories (license plates, emblems, floor mats, etc.). * Check basic fluid levels (oil, coolant, fuel, tire pressure). * Assist with logistics related to vehicle movement and placement within the dealership. * Report any damage, defects, or issues identified on vehicles. * Prepare vehicles for display on the sales floor. * Assist with physical vehicle delivery to customers when required. * Meet established vehicle preparation timelines. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. **JOB REQUIREMENTS** **Education:** * Completed junior high school or high school (preferred). **Experience:** * Minimum 6 months in similar activities (vehicle washing, detailing, or vehicle handling). **Knowledge:** * Proficiency in operating both manual and automatic transmission vehicles. * Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance. * Automotive cleaning and detailing techniques. **Additional Requirements:** * Valid driver’s license. **COMPETENCIES** * Attention to detail * Responsibility * Teamwork * Organization * Service-oriented attitude * Proactivity **PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)** * Preparation time per vehicle * Cleanliness and presentation quality level * Number of incidents or rework instances * On-time delivery compliance **WE OFFER** * Base salary * Statutory benefits * Ongoing training * Job stability * Career growth opportunity Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $10,000\.00 \- $12,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Life insurance * Complimentary uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
