




Position Summary: Responsible for managing the department’s human, technical, and material resources through preventive, corrective, and operational maintenance programs and budgetary control. Responsible for managing the department’s human, technical, and material resources by developing, implementing, and controlling preventive, corrective, and operational maintenance programs in accordance with budgetary control. **Requirements:** * Electromechanical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, or related degree. * Personnel management experience. * Proactive attitude. * Teamwork and leadership skills. * Prior experience in this position (preferably in the hospitality industry).
