We seek a strategic and operational individual capable of bringing clarity, order, and structure to HR processes, ensuring proper personnel administration and an excellent work environment. Responsibilities * Structure and strengthen the Human Resources department. * Personnel administration (over 100 employees). * Payroll supervision and control. * Development and improvement of internal processes. * Implementation of strategies to improve the work environment. * Monitoring of labor-related matters and regulatory compliance. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. * Prior experience coordinating the HR department. * Experience managing teams of over 100 employees. * Solid knowledge of payroll and personnel administration. * Organized profile with leadership skills and a focus on continuous improvement.
