Here, you can apply your talent in bold ways that matter.**Job Description:****Production Operator****Collaborate with innovative 3Mers around the world*** As a Production Operator, Job Grade P04 step 1, you will play a key role in complying with work procedures, instructions, and regulations generated by the area, as well as ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and environmental policies within the Detail area at Aero Technologies’ Baja plant located in Ensenada, Baja California. **The impact you will have in this role*** Safeguard your own safety and that of other colleagues. * Ensure quality in your operation and in the production line you support. * Comply with various standards and procedures applicable to your area. * Motivate achievement of production targets for the line you support. * Prioritize manufacturing activities. * Responsible for performing assembly operations (one or several of the following: detailing, respirators, initial sorting, sealing, ironing, rework) in the manufacturing of insulating blankets within production lines. * Complete production reports and carefully hand off work to the next manufacturing operation. * Perform tasks according to work instructions, taking into account safety and quality measures in the production process.
