International Corporation seeks: HR COORDINATOR RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Organize training programs and coordinate performance evaluation cycles. \- Supervise compliance with internal policies, promote a positive work environment, and manage internal communication. \- Post job openings, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage onboarding for new hires. \- Maintain up-to-date employee databases, manage personnel files and contracts, and track incidents. \- Prepare and present reports on overall HR activities. REQUIREMENTS: \- Completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields. \- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position. \- Proficiency in basic office software. \- Organized individual with effective communication skills, confidentiality, and leadership ability.
