Position Objective Ensure the proper setup and collection of institutional loans according to established schedules, maintaining effective communication with government agencies to guarantee control, reconciliation, and optimization of the assigned loan portfolio. What will you do in this role? Analyze institutional agreements using performance indicators. Manage loan setup according to agency schedules. Monitor monthly due dates and manage corporate collections. Reconcile payment discrepancies with government agencies. Update portfolio status (no payment, partial payment, in setup). Validate institutional files and ensure timely and proper submission. Identify and report operational incidents impacting collections. Coordinate with internal departments (Operations, Legal, Regulatory Compliance, Customer Service). Manage assignments to Recovery and direct debit processing where applicable. Maintain strategic relationships with institutional liaison officers. Candidate Profile * Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Administration, or related field. * Experience in corporate or institutional collections (B2G / B2B). * Prior experience managing government agencies. * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills (analysis, reconciliations, databases). * Willingness to travel to government agencies. * Analytical mindset, negotiation skills, and results orientation.
