This includes: reporting all incidents and near-misses; stopping and warning personnel who place themselves at risk during an activity; participating in training events (toolbox talks, trainings, campaigns, etc.); managing the elimination of risk conditions within one’s area. * Responsible for verifying that personnel (direct and indirect) under one’s supervision work under appropriate safety and health conditions, and ensuring they have appropriate tools to perform their activities safely.
