Job Summary: We are seeking warehouse staff with experience in inventory management, product organization, and picking for a leading organization in the marketing of agricultural inputs. Key Highlights: 1. Availability to travel as required by operations 2. Experience in warehouse, inventory management, and product picking 3. REQUIREMENTS: * Availability to travel as required by operations (minimum 7 days per month) * Educational level: minimum junior high school EXPERIENCE: * Minimum experience in warehouse * Conducting inventories * Product organization and picking * Basic knowledge of technological tools * Order verification RESPONSIBILITIES: * First-In, First-Out (FIFO) principle * Product organization * General warehouse cleaning * Storing and identifying incoming supplies in the warehouse * Loading and unloading of goods * Reducing shrinkage volume * Verifying and ensuring products are in perfect condition COMPETENCIES: * Continuous learning * Adaptability to change * Compliance with regulations * Commitment * Integrity * Results orientation OFFERING: * Biweekly payment * Gross monthly salary \+ Bonuses \+ Savings fund (employer/employee contribution) \+ Grocery vouchers: $16,000 gross monthly * Statutory benefits and above-statutory benefits
