Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to develop and manage market participation in a specific sales territory, providing technical and commercial advisory services. Key Responsibilities: 1. From the seed of an idea to the solution’s outcome, we enrich quality of life worldwide. **Position Objective** Achieve appropriate market share in a specific sales territory across the various business lines managed by the Nutrition and Services Division, in alignment with corporate strategy and consistent with the policies and procedures established by the company to support achievement of local and global group objectives. **Responsibilities:** * Design prospecting plans for new markets through market need analysis and identification, to achieve defined sales territory objectives across various business lines; * Establish follow-up plans for existing and new customers to maintain and grow target business volume within the assigned sales territory; * Conduct objective market assessments to communicate findings to the company and trigger necessary strategies and actions to sustain market competitiveness; * Provide technical and business advisory services to customers and distributors within the assigned sales territory to support their continued operation and growth; * Monitor credit line performance and accounts receivable collection from customers in the assigned sales territory to maintain healthy business relationships, keeping customer credit files up to date; * Support various departments—including logistics, production, and laboratory—to optimize resources and time regarding product delivery and laboratory requests; **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine and Animal Science and/or Agricultural Engineering with specialization in Animal Science; * Sales territory; * Experience in commercial operations; * Experience in livestock production; * Marketing of animal nutrition products; * Technical knowledge of livestock species of interest; * Basic to intermediate English; * Specialization degree in livestock species of interest; * Fundamental principles of nutrition and feed formulation; * Willingness to work in the state of Oaxaca. **Desirable** * Graduate degree in animal production and/or nutrition; * Specialization in Poultry, Ruminants, or Swine, depending on the potential of the candidate’s sales territory.
