This position is ideal for a candidate with a solid foundation in finance and Excel who wishes to develop expertise in financial analysis and planning. **Responsibilities:** * Support in analyzing revenues, expenses, and business profitability * Preparation and monitoring of budgets * Support in cash flow forecasting * Analysis of variances (actual vs. budget) * Generation of financial reports * Support in developing financial models in Excel * Control and monitoring of operating costs * Identification of cost improvement opportunities * Database management and cleansing * Preparation of Excel reports (pivot tables, basic dashboards) **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science, Accounting, or related field * 1–2 years of experience in finance or data analysis roles * Intermediate\-advanced Excel proficiency (MANDATORY) * (pivot tables, formulas such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF) * Database management skills * Interest in developing expertise in financial analysis * Analytical thinking and attention to detail **Desirable:** * Basic knowledge of Power BI * Basic knowledge of SQL **We Offer:** * Competitive salary based on experience ($15,000 to $18,000 monthly) * Job stability * Opportunity for growth and development * Training in financial analysis **Important:** A technical Excel test will be administered as part of the selection process.
