Maintaining English communication with customers and suppliers A growing global food industry company is seeking to add a Foreign Trade Supervisor to its team. Work Location: Tepeji Industrial Park, 10 minutes from Jorobas and 30 minutes from Tepeji Centro. Position Purpose: - Coordinate and ensure import and export operations for raw materials and finished products, guaranteeing regulatory compliance and optimization of logistics timelines and costs. Responsibilities: - Supervise import and export processes. - Coordinate customs agents, freight carriers, and international suppliers. - Ensure compliance with customs and foreign trade regulations. - Manage logistics and customs documentation. - Monitor performance indicators (timelines and costs). - Maintain English communication with customers and suppliers. - Implement continuous improvements in logistics processes. Required Profile: - Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in International Trade, Logistics, or related field. - Minimum 3 years’ experience in import/export. - Proficiency in INCOTERMS and customs regulations. - Conversational English is mandatory. - ERP system experience (SAP preferred). - Results-oriented mindset and proactive attitude.
