You will be a key contributor in proposal preparation and follow-up, providing immediate response to leads and supporting the sales team at every step. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare, send, and track cost and service proposals. * Provide immediate response to electronically received leads. * Support the sales team in generating quotations and updating information. * Provide expert advice to identify our customers’ logistical needs. * Efficiently manage costs and operational documentation. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Relations, or related field. * **Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or logistics operations.** * Advanced knowledge of cost analysis, cargo handling, and office software tools. * Intermediate-to-advanced level of English. * Exceptional teamwork, conflict resolution, and service-oriented skills.
