Requirements: English: Advanced level required Visa: Valid (Plus) Degrees: Bachelor’s Degree/Engineering. International Trade 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position Knowledge of Oracle, SAP, AS400 Proficiency in Office applications Soft Skills: Effective communication Teamwork Negotiation Responsibilities: · Responsible for managing the RPD (Replacement parts) demand process · Responsible for maintaining active communication with customers regarding the RPD order process and status · Responsible for generating work orders timely and accurately to meet RPD delivery deadlines · Responsible for generating and releasing TRIPs · Responsible for generating RPD shipments via High Jump · Responsible for timely shipment of internal orders to RPD, Canada, Raypak, FS, and MEA · Participates in material delivery improvement projects for the RPD process · Monitors and analyzes replacement orders to anticipate upcoming RPD orders · Monitors and analyzes information related to customer complaints and DTRs · Responsible for implementing corrective actions arising from customer complaints · Generates and updates weekly OTD reports for internal and customer orders Compensation and Additional Benefits: Collaborative work environment focused on continuous improvement Opportunities for professional development and growth within the company Position Type: Full-time Salary: $25,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month Benefits: * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
