We are a freight forwarding company with over 20 years of experience in import and export operations (maritime and air), land transportation, and special projects. We are seeking a candidate experienced in customer service, teamwork, proactive attitude, positive mindset, ability to work under pressure, with 3\~5 years of experience and English language proficiency. **FUNCTIONS:** * Coordinate and monitor operations (imports and exports). * Comply with customs regulations and manage Incoterms. * Liaise with suppliers to coordinate carriers and customs brokers. * Keep customers informed about the status and progress of each operation. * Update the company’s internal system timely and accurately. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, International Trade, Customs Sciences and Foreign Trade, Commercial Relations, or related field. * Experience: At least 3 years, preferably in freight forwarding or customs brokerage. * Language: Intermediate\-Advanced English. * CV with photograph **WE OFFER:** * Salary commensurate with profile * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Direct employment contract with the company * Career development plan Employment type: Full\-time Salary: $17,000\.00 \- $21,000\.00 per month Work location: In\-person
