**WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT** Position Objective: Support activities related to receiving, storing, controlling, and dispatching goods or supplies, ensuring their proper organization and handling, as well as compliance with established warehouse processes. **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1\.\- Supply spare parts to in-house mechanics. 2\.\- Supply tools to mechanics. 3\.\- Record material receipts and issuances in the system. 4\.\- Receive materials from suppliers. 5\.\- Prepare warehouse vouchers and enter them into the system. 6\.\- Operate SAP system. 7\.\- Receive, classify, store, and distribute spare parts within the warehouse. **REQUIREMENTS** Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word and Excel). Basic knowledge of tractor-trailer tools. Basic warehouse knowledge. Minimum education required: High School Diploma.
