Operational and strategic decision-making **Technical Support Supervisor** **Job Description:** We are looking for a **Technical Support Supervisor** with a focus on leadership and operational management, responsible for coordinating and strengthening the support team, ensuring continuity of technological services, efficient handling of incidents, and continuous improvement of departmental processes. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise, coordinate, and develop the Technical Support team. * Plan and organize departmental activities to ensure efficient response times. * Make operational and strategic decisions to resolve technical incidents. * Manage assigned personnel, monitoring performance and workloads. * Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and service standards. * Propose and implement improvements to optimize departmental operations. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (mandatory). * Minimum of **1 year** of experience in technical support and/or team supervision. * Experience in leadership, team organization, and decision-making. * Personnel management skills and results orientation. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, **9:00–19:00 hrs**. **Key Competencies:** * Leadership * Organization and planning * Decision-making * Teamwork * Results orientation Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $13,000.00 – $14,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site
