Preventive and corrective maintenance of printing and computing equipment **Technical Support Specialist.** We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist for equipment maintenance and repair. Specializing in Canon and Epson printers, with basic knowledge of Brother equipment, performing diagnosis, preventive and corrective maintenance, equipment repair, and user support—both in the laboratory and on-site—to ensure proper equipment operation and service continuity. **Main Responsibilities** * On-site and laboratory technical support to users. * Diagnosis and resolution of faults in Canon and Epson equipment. * Preventive and corrective maintenance of printing, computing, projection, and other equipment. * Repair and replacement of basic printer components. * Installation and configuration of printers and drivers. * User support, tracking, and closure of service tickets in the helpdesk system (Odoo or similar). * Preparation of technical reports and updating of the knowledge base. Essential Technical Knowledge * · **Canon and Epson** printers (diagnosis, maintenance, and repair). * · Basic knowledge of **Brother** printers (desirable). * · **Windows** operating systems. * · Driver installation and equipment configuration. * · Use of remote support tools. * · Experience with ticketing systems / Service Desk (Odoo desirable).
