Handle administrative, billing, and payroll responsibilities Quick Key INC is hiring an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations at our Polanco office. This role is ideal for a highly organized, tech\-savvy professional who can manage a small office team (6–7 staff), monitor dispatch, and handle administrative, billing, and payroll responsibilities. This is a hands\-on leadership role in a growing service business. The Operations Manager must understand every part of the office workflow and be able to step in wherever needed, including dispatch. Key Responsibilities * Monitor and manage daily dispatch operations * Step in to handle dispatch directly when needed * Schedule shifts for dispatchers and field technicians * Oversee job flow, technician coordination, and daily operations * Hire, onboard, and assist with training new employees * Create and manage billing, invoices, waivers, insurance bonds, and closeout paperwork * Handle payroll processing and administrative record keeping * Organize, scan, track, and maintain office and payroll documents * Maintain and update company policies and employee handbook * Provide administrative support to company owners * Occasionally assist with personal administrative tasks for ownership * Maintain professional communication with clients and internal staff Required Qualifications * Fluent / native\-level English (spoken \& written) – mandatory * Strong experience in office management, operations, or administration * High level of computer proficiency * Comfortable working in a small office environment (6–7 employees) * Experience with dispatch, scheduling, billing, and payroll * Excellent organization, multitasking, and problem\-solving skills * Professional communication and leadership abilities Technical Skills Required * Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint * ADP * Outlook * Adobe (PDFs, scanning, document management) Important Notes * This is not a remote position * This is not an entry\-level role * Candidate must be comfortable taking ownership of office operations Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $45,000\.00 \- $50,000\.00 per month Experience: * office admin : 2 years (Required) Language: * English (Required) Location: * 11560, Colonia Polanco, CDMX (Preferred) Work Location: In person
