The Network Operations Manager is responsible for both operational excellence and long‑term modernization initiatives. How You’ll Help Us Build a Confident Future (Key Responsibilities) * Lead the stability, resilience, and governance of all network services including LAN/WAN, wireless, VPN, SD‑WAN, security, and collaboration platforms. * Create scalable operational frameworks, automation standards, and proactive monitoring practices. * Oversee incident response, problem management, KPIs, and performance thresholds across environments. * Manage vendor relationships, budget optimization, contract evaluation, and resource allocation. * Develop technical teams across networking, wireless, automation, security, and collaboration domains. * Coordinate modernization initiatives, cross‑functional interactions, and alignment with enterprise architecture. What You Need to Succeed (Required Qualifications) * Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field—critical for leading complex enterprise network architecture. * Expertise in Cisco technologies (routing, switching, SD‑WAN), Palo Alto, Zscaler, and VPN solutions for secure, large‑scale operations. * Experience with monitoring platforms (SolarWinds, LogicMonitor, NetBrain) to ensure proactive observability. * Strong leadership, communication, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills. * Ability to work in diverse, high‑pressure, and global environments.
